Google Business Profile as a key acquisition channel
In the restaurant industry, local SEO isn’t an add-on; it’s an essential part of the strategy. Many customers decide where to eat directly from Google Maps, comparing listings, reviews, photos, hours, and location before visiting a restaurant. Therefore, one of the key areas of the project was the comprehensive optimization of Berry Brunch’s Google Business Profile. We approached the listing strategically, optimizing information, managing reviews, creating visual content, managing posts, configuring technical settings, and improving the factors that influence local visibility.
The goal wasn’t just to appear more often, but to appear more effectively. We wanted Berry Brunch to gain visibility in relevant searches and for that visibility to translate into real action: visits to the listing, calls, requests for directions, and more customers in the restaurant. The result was a 700% increase in local visibility compared to the previous year, demonstrating that a well-managed listing can become a powerful customer acquisition tool for brick-and-mortar businesses.
